Uses:

Maxijoint is used for the rectification, facing-up and preparation of substrates to be top coated. Maxijoint is suitable for interior and exterior usage.

Health Effects

Swallowed: Irritating and nauseating.

Eye: Irritating may scratch eyes.

Skin contact: Irritating. Adverse effects not expected form a single brief contact.

Inhaled: Inhalation over exposure is not expected. Traces of ammonia odour may cause irritation and light headedness.

First Aid

Inhalation: Of product is unlikely due to the thick nature of the product. Move person to fresh air. If breathing stops apply artificial respiration. Seek immediate medical assistance.

Eye: Flush eyes thoroughly with clean water holding open to remove product from under lid. Grit may cause prolonged discomfort. Seek medical help if symptoms persist.

Ingestion: Give plenty of milk or water to drink, seek medical attention.

Storage and Transport

Storage: Store undercover in a cool dry and place out of reach of children. Do not allow product to freeze.
Suitable containers: Plastic pails as recommended by manufacturer.
Check containers are labeled and not damaged.

Spills and Disposal

Spills: Apply sand to spills and dispose to land fill in accordance with local council regulation.

Disposal: Can be eliminated from sewage / effluent by chemical flocculation. Seek advise from local authorities.
